i started taking photos seriously when...
i became a dad in october 2022. when i got a camera i thought would be nicer than my phone and took pictures of my son, i also started taking pictures of my food and the places i ate food, two things i'm passionate about.
i worked in food industry since i was 16 years old, at del taco in southern california. from there, i worked at various restaurants for over 10 years including cheesecake factory, private suites, fine-dining, food trucks and BOH. when i moved to the greater seattle area in 2014, i worked my last food job making pizza. i finally left the industry in 2015 and have been sitting at a desk since, but i'm thankful to find myself back in 2023 by taking pictures of food, event, and lifestyle as a freelancer.
i get excited by the chance to capture the flavors of a place, its vibe, and raw, candid moments, and I hope to keep getting those opportunities.
